House Rules
Dear Herp Keepers, Aquarists, and Visitors!
From the very beginning, the wellbeing of the animals – the true stars of our exhibition – has been our highest priority. To protect them and to ensure your uninterrupted enjoyment, we kindly ask you to observe the following:
1. Please respect basic rules of conduct. In case of violations, we reserve the right to remove disruptive individuals from the event without notice.
2. It is strictly forbidden to bring any sharp, cutting, or otherwise dangerous items that may be considered weapons. Security personnel will check for such items at the entrance. Thank you for your cooperation!
3. After 9:00 AM, it is forbidden to bring animals or any other goods (feed, plants, terrariums, etc.) into the exhibition from outside. This rule also applies to exhibitors and is essential because all animals displayed at TerraPlaza come from reliable breeders in excellent health — and we do not want to risk that in any way.
4. Point 3 also applies to animals purchased at the event (even on the same day) if they have already left the venue. Unfortunately, we are unable to verify where animals come from at the entrance, so we ask for your understanding. If you've purchased an animal but wish to continue browsing, please leave your new pet with the exhibitor until you're ready to go home — this is always possible. If you arrive with an animal or have already taken one out of the venue, you can use the designated animal holding area.
5. If you see an animal in poor condition or improperly kept, please report it to us! TerraPlaza cannot take responsibility for sales, but we do everything we can to ensure that only healthy, well-cared-for animals from experts are available. Please report any concerns at the ticket desks.
6. Before buying an animal, make sure to research its care thoroughly! If you’re interested in a specific animal, first talk to the seller or look up the species' requirements in advance. Do not buy irresponsibly — you're playing with a living being’s life!
7. Monitored area. The entire event area is under video surveillance. Photos and videos may be taken during TerraPlaza for marketing and communication purposes. If you prefer not to appear in such materials, please let us know in advance at info@terraplaza.hu.
8. If you take photos or videos. Photography and videography are allowed for personal use only. Commercial use requires prior written permission from the organizers.
9. Please note that by entering the exhibition area, you fully accept the above house rules. Thank you for supporting our work through your cooperation! ☺
+1 Be open to new experiences! TerraPlaza does not showcase "classic" pets — we understand that many people may feel uneasy around certain creatures, many of which are offered by our exhibitors. Give them a chance! Nature is full of wonders — let it amaze you! ☺
