Achrioptera manga is a truly eye-catching species in the world of stick insects. Native to Madagascar and the Comoros, this insect stands out clearly from many of its relatives.
While many stick insects rely mainly on camouflage and resemble twigs or leaves, this species attracts attention with its much more striking appearance. Adult males can be especially impressive with their vivid colors.
