A formicarium is a terrarium designed for ants. It consists of two main parts: a nest and an outworld.
The nest is the home of the ant colony. This is where most of the colony spends its time, where the queen hides, and where the ants raise their young. The outworld represents the outside world. Ants go there to explore, collect food, or even hunt smaller insects.
