Litoria caerulea, also known as the Australian green tree frog, mainly prefers humid forest habitats. One of its special traits is that its skin can adapt to drier conditions. It is often found in suburban and agricultural areas. During the hot summer months, it may even appear inside people’s homes while searching for moisture. Bathrooms and other humid rooms can become especially attractive hiding places for this adaptable frog.
