The gargoyle gecko (Rhacodactylus auriculatus) is a small reptile with a calm and peaceful nature. Its natural habitat is found in the tropical regions of New Caledonia. Interestingly, it shares its habitat with the crested gecko (Correlophus ciliatus). Both species are adapted to humid, plant-rich environments.
